My car and I are both happy with our service eperience. My 3 series GT liked it so much that she stayed for a week. Cesar saw to it that she stayed until everything was perfect again. He monitored the process, notified me of issues and progress and even met me at the driveway when I returned to collect the car. Fortunately I did score a great loner to use. Sadly, I had a large bill for the necessary corrections, but the car was trouble free until last week. Thank you Cesar and thanks, too, to all who made my experience a success. More

I wish I could just get first available appointment vs waiting for the service rep that they arbitrarily assigned me.
