Exceptional Customer Service! Chicago Joe was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and unbelievably kind. His sales approach was like nothing I have ever experienced and honestly it is something that needs to happen more. He was not your typical “pushy” car sales man. He took a real interest in what we were looking for and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. I could not have asked for a better person to walk us through the journey of purchasing this car. We then meet Roobik, the Manager, and again was pleasantly surprised at his approach and kindness. I felt like we were talking to old friends just catching up with the bonus of leaving with a new car. Our financial team Hazel and Michael were delightful and patient. I could not believe how pleasant it was to do the paperwork. Then we were handed off for our tech lesson with Steve. He walked us through all the bells and whistles of our new car and that was just the icing on the cake of a wonderful day. I loved meeting every single person from beginning to end and could not believe how great our experience was. I can sum this experience in one sentence and that is, it was the very best car buying experience my family and I have ever had, so much so, that I am considering buying my next car from this particular dealership based on their exceptional customer service.
