My RS Q8 needed a special battery because otherwise a warning light comes on. I was told I would get one in a few days and it has been over a month and I still haven’t been told you have it. Pack of thieves. Was charged a 20% ‘restocking fee’ for a part that turned out my wife ordered by mistake. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Santa Monica Audi. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Joey and the entire team treated me with professionalism and respect. This was my third Santa Monica Audi. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Joey and the entire team treated me with professionalism and respect. This was my third dealership visit and third test drive of this model. The first two dealerships left me very underwhelmed. When I visited the Santa Monica dealership, I was greeted immediately by Joey who is kind, energetic and knowledgeable. From start to finish, he treated me like family. I ended up walking away empty handed after the first visit because the only available model did not have all of the specifications I had hoped to find. Joey assured me that a model meeting my needs would be arriving in the near future. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or sell me on something I wasn’t completely satisfied with. He assured me he’d get me the car I was hoping for and he did just that. He kept me updated on the delivery of my vehicle and kept in constant communication with me until the minute it arrived on the lot. His level of communication was truly impressive. He was committed to getting me my perfect car and he made the process seamless. Steve the technologist and Amy the finance manager were also wonderful. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and look forward to doing business with them for years to come! More
