After speaking with Freddy and Tony and the team, it looks like there was an error on our part in processing your maintenance program. We are currently in the process of correcting this error. You’ll still be constrained by the parameters of that program, but it will be much more comprehensive than the maintenance plan that is showing for your vehicle in Ford’s system. Again, we’re very sorry for the mix-up and we’ll get that handled shortly. In the meantime, Freddy will add the two filters to the F150’s service and will call you upon completion.
