Eric met with me late on Mothers Day and helped me get a quick look at the vehicle I was interested in. I returned a couple of days later and met with Arvin. I have purchased 3 vehicles because the Fleet manager is great. Service department is terrible. Last purchase was a 2020 f150. I purchased both 100000 mile pre ium extended warranty and 100000 mile full m great. Service department is terrible. Last purchase was a 2020 f150. Was told by service writer I was wrong even though I have the contract. Next call is to the bureau of automotive repair and dmv investigations. Done with these clowns More
