Once again , another positive service department experience here at RSM Ford. Fredy Campos handled my concerns and there were 3 warranty issues along with the 15K service and alignment on my 2023 F- experience here at RSM Ford. Work was completed same day, Fredy handled the special order parts for 1 of the warranty concerns, and is actively assisting me on warranty replacement inquiries into my Factory Tonneau cover- I highly recommend him. I always crawl under every car after it gets serviced and I can verify the technicians don’t leave any oil residue, the oil filter is tight and the fluid levels are topped off. It’s the attention to detail I look for and RSM Ford has always met my expectations. They handled service and repairs on my old 2006 F-150 as well as my 2003 Cobra and I always had the same results.
