Bought a car from Santa Fe Ford drove it 350 MI and the transmission is losing third gear. I paid $21,000 for the car. Yes it was a used car with 66, 000 some odd miles on it. And yes used car is sold as i transmission is losing third gear. I paid $21,000 for the car. Yes it was a used car with 66, 000 some odd miles on it. And yes used car is sold as is but I think for the transmission to go out after 350 MI they should honor it. I got a quote between $3500 and $4,000 to replace the transmission in a car that I paid $21,000 for and only drove it a few hundred miles$21,000 for and only drove it a few miles. Not very happy at all. 2 days after I buy a car the transmission goes out. It's not like I bought a piece of junk with a lot of miles on it and paid almost nothing for it. I paid $21,000 for a used car with only $66,000 some odd miles on it. No I would not recommend them More

They lied about our warranty,and said I needed a 8000. 00 transmission. We had it towed to Bozard after paying them for doing nothing. It was still under warranty and it was just the transfer case. We paid Sante Fe Ford for lies and towing to and from them 800.00. Would not take a bicycle to them. Also called and explained to the daughter of the dealership about getting some of our money back and she said she would get back with me. Lies,lies,and more lies. They are all in on the dishonest, falsified diagnostic test and robbing the customers.DONT TRUST THEM! They should at least refund the diagnostic test they charged us for and didn't do. It wasn't the transmission they do call diagnosed. It was transfer case.. More
