What a difference 5 years makes, they went from great customer service to it sucks to be you. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend ever again. Friends recommended Santa Fe Ford, having had positive car buying experiences in the past. Out of about 15 dealerships I spoke with during my recent car search only 3 or 4 passed the vibe check. Santa Fe car buying experiences in the past. Out of about 15 dealerships I spoke with during my recent car search only 3 or 4 passed the vibe check. Santa Fe was the least pushy, most up-front, and most genuine of all the sellers in the Gainesville area. On my first visit with no appointment I met Sean, walked the used lot and test drove a handful of cars with no sales pitch or pressure at all. He answered my questions and told me exactly what it would cost to get the cars I was looking at out the door. After I left they didn't call and pester me with sales pitches or offers. A few weeks later I returned to buy and within just a couple hours I had the car I wanted out the door for the price Sean had quoted me on day one, which was a couple thousand less than comparable cars elsewhere in Gainesville. While I collected my junker trade in car and wrote a check they prepared the papers and used car so all I had to do was sign my soul to the devil and collect the keys. The whole process was so easy that despite being happy with my purchase I feel like if I'd been willing to sit on the deal or walk away I could've probably haggled for an even lower price, but everybody was so nice I didn't want to steal their lunch money. I won't hesitate to recommend them for used cars to anyone who's in the market. More
