Just picked up my car. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. It was a "no stress" sale thanks to her. Car was nicely detailed, full of gas, and repaired as promised. I recently made a "Good Faith" purchase of a 2011 Ford Fusion from this Ford dealership. At the time of purchase the car had roughly 8700 miles on it. After about 26 days and only 1300 miles my 2011 Ford Fusion from this Ford dealership. At the time of purchase the car had roughly 8700 miles on it. After about 26 days and only 1300 miles my Fiancee noticed a loud noise coming from the front end so we took it into another Ford dealership by the name of Mike Shad Ford off blanding Blvd in Orange Park, Florida. They advised me that the car had been in a Major fron end collision and listed the following repairs that needed to be done: 2 front tires with steel showing through them, Front tie rod, Front Cv Axle, Drivers Front Cv Boot, and there was a bad leak from the pressure release valve for the transmission. In addition the car has been partially repainted and front left quarter panel has been replaced. At the time of sale we did pull our own Car fax report which showed no signs of a wreck and the Dealership did not advise the car had been in a wreck. Mike Shad Ford advised me they would not fix any issues due to the fact the car had been previously wrecked and repaired. I then took the car back to Sante Fe Ford where they precided to advise me at first that there was nothing they could do and was stuck with the vehicle. After that my Fiancee demanded to see the Owner of the dealership. On the way out to Sante Fe Ford we got a flat tire and had to change it. By the time we got to the dealership the owner was there and precided to pull me and my Fiancee in a back locked office. He advised us that with cars under 10,000 miles his Dealership does not inspect or even look at them. He just cleans them up and throws the cars on his lot. If this car would have even went through an oil change or put up on a rack before sale they would have noticed the tires and leaking transimission fluid. The Owner advised me they would not take back the car and would only fix the issues and give us a loaner car for the trouble. We then advised the Owner we had to leave for Texas in a 1.5 weeks. So far 1 week and still no work or car and Texas trip is coming fast. More

A total rip off. Bought a used focus still under factory warranty as well as extended warranty. AC began pouring water into floor board after 6 months. Dealership claimed it was just condensation. Enough co warranty as well as extended warranty. AC began pouring water into floor board after 6 months. Dealership claimed it was just condensation. Enough condensation to completely soak two full bath towel's after running AC for just twenty minutes. Dealership wanted $ 700.00 to repair. Claimed water damage not under their warranty policy. I traded that piece of junk in on a quality product, a Honda civic. Will never again do business with Sante Fe Ford nor ever buy another Ford product. These people are crooks who will not honor their products. More
Bought a 2010 f-150 from dealership. Brought it to the service dept. For leaking sunroof with 21,000 miles on it. They worked on it multiple times without fixing the leak. The service technician said t service dept. For leaking sunroof with 21,000 miles on it. They worked on it multiple times without fixing the leak. The service technician said that the roof was supose to leak. It leaked so bad that it stained the headline. They cleaned the headline several different times. Eventually they brought in a Ford rep. who looked at the truck and recommend replacing the seal. The seal fixed the leak. Now the truck had 38,000 miles on it and since the warranty went out at 36,000 miles, Ford refused to replace the now ruined headliner and so does the dealer. We have been dealing with the leaking problem for almost a year and the truck was under warranty when the leak began. We believe that they should fix the broken and stained headline with no cost to us. It is not our fault that they could not solve the problem the first time the truck was in for service. We will not be buying another truck from them and will tell all our friends to shop somewhere else. More
