Dealer site listed a late model used vehicle that interested us. When we arrived it turned out the vehicle was in detailing, so it is impressive that the listing was on the web site already. Our old car told us that it was time to be replaced. We went to Sant Fe Ford on the report from our neighbor. When we arrived we were greeted by Scott Law. We told him we were looking for a new car. He asked us some questions as it was apparent we were not sure what we wanted, did we drive on dirt roads, go on long trips, need room for grandchildren car seats, etc. We took a couple of different test drives and ended up liking the Fusion. We left to check out some other cars. While looking we saw a small SUV and gave it a try. Back to Santa Fe and Scott to try the Escape. Again Scott was very nice and answered all of our questions. Tried several more cars and went back again to try the Fusion. At no time did Scott or anyone at the dealership make us feel less than welcome and nothing was ever said in a negative way about our looking at other dealership. Back again with our daughter(she drives with us on long trips)so she could drive the Fusion, again everyone was very nice. We told Scott that we had narrowed it down to Ford and Nissan. Scott never made a bad remark about any other car, just pointed out good points of the Ford. Back again to check the road clearance of the Fusion, again Scott was very helpful along with the whole dealership. Back again to talk price for the Fusion. We were very pleased with the price, but realized we needed to leave soon for another appointment. Much to our surprise, Scott said rather than for us to have to hurry and miss supper, could we come back another time. None of this, price is only good right now, if you leave price will be higher next time stuff. Left, made it to our appointment with time to get supper. Retured and purchased the Fusion!! More
