We needed a replacement for a Sprinter that had blown up. They were the third dealer we visited. They beat the first (Nissan) on with a superior product equipped as we needed for 4500 dollars less. They beat the next dealer (Chevrolet)again with a better equipped vehicle for 2100 dollars yet and we even negotiated a little lower. Friendly, helpful, informed, but not at all pushy. We needed to replace a vehicle that had been wrecked. I told Jason where I wanted to be as far as price and he said he was confident he could find us something. Jason knows his business and his staff is friendly and helpful in every way. I will send everyone I know to Santa Fe Ford to purchase their cars. First of all, the sales representative, Joey, did not come rushing out of the office and attack me like something out of Jaws movie, and I definitely appreciated that as I do not like to feel pressured. come rushing out of the office and attack me like something out of Jaws movie, and I definitely appreciated that as I do not like to feel pressured. He took his time with me, listened to everything I wanted and didn't want, answered every question I could think of, and took me for a test drive. The most pleasant surprise of all was the no-pressure sales. I showed him my car and explained the terms I would accept and those I would not. I then explained that I had to get back to work, would not be making a decision until at least the next day, and would he please talk to his sales manager and call me later that day with his best offer. I told him I hated to haggle and that I would not buy there if I felt the normal "sales game." Later that day a friend of mine contacted Gainesville Ford and tried to get the same deal I had been offered at Santa Fe Ford. They could almost match it but not quite, AND they wanted money down even though a car was being traded in. My friend explained that they would have to come up with something pretty substantial to bring him down to their dealership when Santa Fe Ford was so convenient for him. They came up with a couple of things, all of which amounted to about $50-$100 worth of perks. My friend explained that just wouldn't cut it, and they bowed out, explaining that there was nothing else they could do. I called Joey the next morning and told him I would take the deal. (Naturally, I had spoken with a number of knowledgeable friends the evening before to appease myself that the Santa Fe deal was really as good as I thought it was.) Knowing of my tight work schedule, Joey got the ball rolling and all the paperwork completed so that, when I went in to pick up the car, all I had to do was "sign and drive." Of course, he went over everything in the car with me and made sure that I had no other questions. The car was clean, filled with gas, and ready to go. I am over the age of 60, and I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience before. Thank you Santa Fe Ford and Joey Key!!!!!!! More

Sales staff were great and the internet listings saved a lot of time shopping. I went into the Dealer to look at 1 particular truck, wich I ended up purchasing. I'm not sure what the gentelman's job title is but he is the one that has you sign all those papers. Now, He was a great guy, friendly and knowledgable to the letter but it took almost 1 1/2 hours to get in to see him. Maybe thats not a bad time frame and maybe I just wanted to drive my new truck, so I dismissed it as they were extremely busy that evening. I have purchased several vehicles from other dealers and I can say without a doubt, this was my best experience and I will be a return customer. Thank You.... More
