The first two we bought, a 2011 F-150 EcoBoost and 2011 Ford Expl We have bought 5 cars from Santa Fe Ford from June 2011 to January 2012. The first two we bought, a 2011 F-150 EcoBoost and 2011 Ford Explorer Limited were already on the lot. We started out in Alachua, but continued to search for vehicles in Gainesville. We were sorely disappointed. They didn't even have half of the selection Santa Fe Ford did, so we turned right around and went back to Santa Fe. Scott Law worked a great deal for us on the truck and we received great interest rates for both vehicles. Later, my son was looking for a black Scion Tc manual and Joey Key found the exact car for him and we received an amazing price. Next, we bought a used 2008 Honda Accord-great mileage, immaculate, beautiful car, but turned out not to be the car my daughter wanted and it was an extra vehicle we just didn't need. It took some time, but Greg and Joey helped make a deal where they took the Honda back and found the car my daughter wanted; a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe that she just loves! So, now my family is happy with all of our vehicles. While we were looking for a car for our daughter, I ran into a friend that was coming back from a test drive. I asked who her salesman was and she said Joey. She asked if he was a good choice and I told her she was definitely in good hands. Later, while they were finalizing the deal, she and I chatted in the lobby and she was worried that the monthly payment Joey told her might not include everything (she had had this happen to her in the past) and I told her "If that is what Joey told you, then it includes everything. That will be your payment." Sure, enough, when Joey came back and she asked, he confirmed that that was her monthly payment. I say this because I have had salesmen in the past play the numbers game and try to confuse you and then when you are signing, you see different numbers than what you were understanding to be the deal. That does not happen at Santa Fe Ford. At least, not with Joey or Scott. They want to make sure you understand everything. They are very big on repeat business and want their customers happy. After we had such a great experience working with Scott and Joey with our first two purchases, we recommended my sister look for a truck there. Her and her husband had been looking and had given up on Santa Fe Ford [hence, stick with Joey or Scott], but were willing to give it another try. Unfortunately, their salesman, Ron, made some promises that were not upheld and if I had to base a review off of our encounter with him, they would all be ones, but they did end up purchasing a F-150 EcoBoost, like we did, and they absolutely love it. If you refer a person to Santa Fe Ford, and they purchase a vehicle, you will receive 100 dollars. Pretty good deal. Ron did not want to honor this incentive, stating that the purchases have to be with the same salesman. This is not true. Joey got us our $100 no problem. When it was time for our first oil changes, my husband's truck was showing a warning light that his tires were not equally aired. Even though he aired them all up equally and we followed the instructions in the book, we could not get the light to turn off. We called the service department and they knew exactly what it was and they said they would fix it while they changed the oil. That is another nice thing about this dealership...they give you a loaner vehicle while they work on your car. This way you can still get to work or run those errands you needed to get done. So, we both got our oil changed and they fixed his tire problem and we haven't had an issue with it again. So, if you are in the market for a vehicle, stop by there before you make a final decision and grab Joey or Scott and tell them what you are looking for. If they don't have it on the lot, they will look for it for you and I am certain you will be happy with the price. More

From the time I first arrived at Santa Fe Ford in Alachua, Florida, I was immediately greeted by Sales Consultant-Mr. Scott Law whom had a very pleasant personality and was very accommendating to my needs. In less than an hour and a half, I was the proud owner of a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 inwhich Mr. Scott Law made it all possible. We are not people who respond to high pressure techniques; Mr. Queen told us about the vehicle, searched for options and gave us a price. We called the number we found on an internet ad and spoke with a man that was kinda rude. Had it not have been for such a great price we probably would have never went to look at the truck. We needed a replacement for a Sprinter that had blown up. They were the third dealer we visited. They beat the first (Nissan) on with a superior product equipped as we needed for 4500 dollars less. They beat the next dealer (Chevrolet)again with a better equipped vehicle for 2100 dollars yet and we even negotiated a little lower. Friendly, helpful, informed, but not at all pushy. We needed to replace a vehicle that had been wrecked. I told Jason where I wanted to be as far as price and he said he was confident he could find us something. He came to my house on a Saturday morning with a 2002 Mercedes-Benz that was absolutely beautiful and in our price range. Can't beat front door service. And that service continued at the dealership. Jason knows his business and his staff is friendly and helpful in every way. I will send everyone I know to Santa Fe Ford to purchase their cars.
