I felt very comfortable at dealership. No hard sale. Unfortunately, did not offer car fax, also there was no book/maintenance schedule included with the trunk. Overall I would go back there, I also would consider using the service dept. I think they could give new folks a tour of the service area. this would have topped off the experience and made me vested in the service returns. More
