I brought in my 2011 Fiesta and said that I wanted a new 2013 Focus because I had 3 previous Focus and liked them better than the Fiesta (although I had good experience from the Fiesta. Ron showed me a lower mileage F-150 with a large V8 and a supercab that was at a price no other dealer would come near on a full-size pickup, let alone with the options it had. I am so happy with Santa Fe Ford, I drove away in a great truck without needing to go out of my pricing comfort zone, and without compromising the requirements I had for age and mileage of my new (to me) vehicle. More importantly, Ron was not pushy. He was straight forward, very knowledgeable about the trucks technical details, and showed me the options available for an extended warranty if I wanted it.
