I came into the dealership after spending a few days looking online & in-person at trucks & SUVs. I am so happy with Santa Fe Ford, I drove away in a great truck without needing to go out of my pricing comfort zone, and without compromising the requirements I had for age and mileage of my new (to me) vehicle. More importantly, Ron was not pushy. He was straight forward, very knowledgeable about the trucks technical details, and showed me the options available for an extended warranty if I wanted it. He showed us what we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the Ford Escape my wife wanted.Ron was was light.
