After having terrible experiences at car dealerships while trying to trade my car in on a pre-owned vehicle, a friend recommended Santa Fe Ford to me. I called and was put in touch with Joey Key. I explained my frustration and the fact and exactly what I was looking for in a pre-owned vehicle as far as price and performance. He took my information over the phone and said he would look around to see what he could do. He called me back promptly and told me that if I came there that afternoon, he could get me in a car that matched exactly what I was looking for. Having heard this same line from several other dealers this week alone, I was very skeptical. He promised that the interest rate, price and monthly payment would be in my price range. I arrived after work, test drove the car and began the paperwork. The entire time, I was waiting for the bad news or for something to be different than originally explained. Those moments never came. Joey and the finance staff were up front and very quick (They had most of my paperwork ready before I even arrived.) I left feeling very confident about my purchase (not only because it was priced fair, but because I was treated with respect.) I will most likely never buy a car from anywhere else and will reccomend Santa Fe Ford to anyone who will listen!
