During the finalization of all paperwork in the finance office our truck was filled with gas, cleaned and parked next to our trade-in so we could easily transfer all our personal items into our new vehicle. I went to another Ford dealership first, but wasn't impressed at all with their service or hospitality. After 4 hours of haggling, I got up to leave very displeased. Of course, as I was walking out the door they came down almost $2k after barely budging for the last hour of negotiations. I decided I would rather not buy a car than be treated like that. Santa Fe Ford gave me a good price from the beginning. No haggling. No disrespect. When I told them i wasn't happy with the financing they offered me, they found better. I am very pleased with my car buying experience at Santa Fe Ford so far, and if there service department is as good, I will be buying my next car there, too. More

The car had a direction alignment problem then Eric offered to solve it for free with a We Owe bill, since the service worker left early.
