My husband and I were researching on the net and came across a 2013 VW Passat at Santa Fe Ford of Alachua. We visited/spoke with several other dealers in Gainesville and Jacksonville over the weekend lo across a 2013 VW Passat at Santa Fe Ford of Alachua. We visited/spoke with several other dealers in Gainesville and Jacksonville over the weekend looking at new/used Passat's. I drove over this morning to Santa Fe Ford and was greeted with a friendly hand shake by Joey Key. I told Joey what I was looking for and as his name says, he is very low key. No hard selling, hassle or stress. I requested the 'walk out the door' price and Joey quickly gave that to me. I went home and did some more research, thought about it and my husband and I returned later this afternoon. We traded my car in and walked out with our wonderful Passat. Joey and his staff were so quick and efficient. The store really has a small town country feel to it. There is not high pressure and they are just laid back. Very good experience and would highly recommend for others looking to buy a new or used vehicle! More

I was given quite an education as I viewed their extensive inventory. To my surprise there didn't seem to be a vehicle on the lot that I would not be proud to own. Absolutely no junk. Their pricing was very fair and their sales representation was honest and friendly. I reside near this dealership but would gladly drive 100 miles plus to do business with these gentlemen. My sales representative was Bobby Cade whom I highly recommend but I found all sales professionals to be friendly and helpful. While Bobby was busy with another customer and trying to be of service to me one of his collages bought me a soft drink as he covered for Bobby, a rare happening in business today. If your serious about purchasing a new or pre owned car, truck or SUV you will be in good hands with this group of men and women.
