I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new automobile from Santa Fe Ford in Alachua, Fl. The sales person, Jennifer Corbett, did and outstanding job of allowing me to look through the selections until I found the one that I wanted to buy. Once I made my selection, she did a very good presentation of the vehicle and the options. The test drive was very leisurely, all the while getting me acquainted with the vehicles controls and instrumentation. Then on to the negotiations, which went very smoothly, with both parties coming to a fair agreement in an amazingly short period of time. I was offered a very solid trade in value, and the credit application and all paperwork prepared quickly. Doug Lanier then did a very straight forward and concise explanation of the sales agreement, credit agreement, with all the numbers out front and easy to understand. No wasted time, a very professional job. On delivery of the vehicle Jennifer continued to do an outstanding job of explaining all the options and functions of the vehicle. The vehicle was shining as a new dime and the tank was full. In and out in one afternoon with the vehicle I wanted and a good deal to boot. The best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I was very pleased with my overall experience with Sante Fe Ford. I did not feel pressured to buy a car. I found the used Kia via the Internet, and the salesman was willing to give me explicit information o Fe Ford. I did not feel pressured to buy a car. I found the used Kia via the Internet, and the salesman was willing to give me explicit information on the out-the-door price and a ball park figure for my trade-in, making it worth the drive from Jacksonville. I did not find the process of buying to be taxing (as I expected). The dealership provided me with a gift card for dinner during the process. I received an above market price (more than I would have gotten had I sold the vehicle on my own) for my trade-in. That made it possible for me to buy this vehicle. More

We've bought 4 vehicles from Bill/Santa Fe Ford and have been extremely please with every aspect of the purchasing process. We've had a couple of challenges with the service department, taking our vehicles that were in for service for more than just test drives, i.e. 2+ miles put on the vehicles; smoke smell when returned to us; seats, mirrors and light settings readjusted when we get them back from servicing, and most recently a missing piece off the back window wiper that no one mentioned until we noticed it missing, and it hadn't been missing when it was brought in. All in all though, we are please with the service received. More

Why give such a great rating? Well, to start with, Joey and Ray both were adamant about getting me a car that didn't have 'problems'..They were honest enough to let me know that several of the cars I inqui and Ray both were adamant about getting me a car that didn't have 'problems'..They were honest enough to let me know that several of the cars I inquired about needed work. So that wouldn't work for me. I was getting this car for my granddaughter(with a baby), so really wanted to be sure she wouldn't be left on the roadside in a broken down car. Joey worked with me, telling me to be patient, that they would find me a decent car. Which they did! Yey!! Also, on the day we went to pick the car up, Joey was out sick, but Jennifer jumped right in and took car of business. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the all the doodads and how courteous she was to us....knowing she probably wasn't getting a thing out of this! :) We were out of there in under 15 minutes, with a full tank of gas!
