Needless to say I still ended up being able to purchase the Mustang. Every since that time our customer service experience has always been great. My next purchase was 2012 Volkswagen Passat. I couldn't be happier with this vehicle and my buying experience. It was great! Scott was great to work with and very patient. He was willing to work with our schedule to the point of staying late.
