Worst service department I’ve ever seen at any dealership ever took my 2022 bronco there to have the front differential and driveshaft put back on after it was damaged while helping a family of four out of a ever took my 2022 bronco there to have the front differential and driveshaft put back on after it was damaged while helping a family of four out of a watery ditch during the middle of a hurricane. Dealership replaced the front differential did not put the driveshaft back on therefore they have no idea whether what they did actually fixed it. Chris in the service department did not care. He said basically it was my fault my problem they weren’t responsible for it. They wouldn’t do it even though that’s what I took my truck in for was to be fixed. They did not fix it. They did not repair it and they do not They do not care they did over $3000 with work. They have no idea if it was completed correctly or if the truck works right and they refuse to accept responsibility or have anything to do with it from this point forward I’m retired four military veteran and an emergency room travel nurse because I am not local to the area and they don’t think they will earn my business and sales. They do not care about me. They treat me as a second-class citizen. They disregard me and they are Condescending and dismissive. More
