Santa Fe Ford

After 24 years of having our trucks serviced at Santa . Fe Ford, we are going elsewhere. After Rick the previous service manager left the whole service department went to xxxx. Just spent $10,000.00 on a Fe Ford, we are going elsewhere. After Rick the previous service manager left the whole service department went to xxxx. Just spent $10,000.00 on a new engine, and we are not happy with the after repair service. They tell us that the check engine light is on because passenger seat is missing. Explained to them we take out all unseats in all our trucks and use the space for office. The seat in this truck has been out for over 10 years, never had check engine light come on until they replaced the engine. Take your trucks elsewhere, they are slow and don’t really seem to care anymore. They had the truck for 1 1/2 weeks and did not solve the problem. To bad Rick is gone. More
