As painless as posible I saw my vehicle listed on line and called the dealership in the late evening. I traveled to the dealership from Citrus County. The vehicle was presented and he gave us the keys allowed us to drive the vehicle without him. Ron was polite, not pushy and open about the vehicles. We had the deal completed before lunch, and he added things to the deal such as fuel and service that was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. More

He asked me to go check it out while he was at work, I honestly was very hesitant about even going by due extremely poor service that I have received in the past here. When I pulled up, I was immediately greeted and helped by Joey Key. He showed me the vehicle in question, got the keys, and let me drive. This is the furthest I've ever gotten with your dealership, I've had a salesman "go get a set of keys" and literally never return. Joey proceeded to give me all the information he could on the vehicle so I could relay it to my husband. We ended up going back, about an hour before closing on a Saturday night, and Joey again was extremely helpful. He helped us secure a great price and drive away with exactly what we wanted!
