A Dealer I can Trust!!!! I very rarely take the time to write a review but in this case I had such an incredible experience with Santa Fe Ford I felt compelled to take a few m I very rarely take the time to write a review but in this case I had such an incredible experience with Santa Fe Ford I felt compelled to take a few moments and share my experience. We have been looking for a small pickup truck for our Equine Rescue Facility to run errands and pick up materials. We put out a lot of feelers and contacted a lot of dealerships looking for such a truck. I made a point when I contacted all the dealers online to not call me as we are so busy during the day I did not have time to talk to them about vehicles. I let them know that the only way to contact me was by email. I asked all of them to just email photos, price, description of vehicle etc. Well apparently all dealers except for one did not respect my wishes. I was inundated with sales people day and night and actually had to block the calls from their numbers as it was overwhelming. The only dealership and sales person that listened to my needs was Doug Lanier at Santa Fe Ford. Within hours of me contacting that dealership I had emails with the description, price etc. of the trucks they had in inventory. He stayed in the price line I was looking for. He did not try pulling the big up sale technique that so many other dealers do. Instead he worked to show me what was available in the price range I wanted. Everything was done by email including a note giving me his cell number and letting me know it was up to me to call him if I wanted to talk further about these vehicles as I had requested from the beginning. The next day I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicles. I found one I liked and asked if I could take it to have it looked over. I think a lot of places would say no but not Doug Lanier at Santa Fe Ford. He let me drive if off the lot and get it checked out. Needless to say late that afternoon I purchased the vehicle. The paperwork was ready for me when I came in, explained in detail and I was out the door in 15 minutes with a great little truck for our farm. I would highly recommend anyone choosing Doug Lanier as their sales person as I feel he listens to his clients and respects their wishes.
