We were on vacation in Santa Fe “we love their New Mexican food “and had a problem with our X5 so we went to this dealership for service department. Susan Grab answered all of my questions during the ordering process of my X3 M40i. She was polite and respectful towards my significant other and I when it was time to pick up my new car. She has amazing customer service skills and I can tell she enjoys her job!b The manager was very friendly and easy going. He made the financial part of the process comfortable and definitely less stressful. He provided information regarding the different types of insurance they offer to protect my investment. Oh, and I cannot forget the coffee! They have a machine that blends the coffee beans providing customers with a fresh cup of joe. Staff all around us smiled and seemed very friendly as well. The dealership is full of windows providing with natural light. They also have multiple new cars for customers to see. Over all a very pleasant experience. Thank you BMW in Santa Fe, NM. More
