We drove from Chicago, visiting Santa Fe, when my 2017 X5M’s MMI system stopped working. No information on the screen and no audio media working whatsoever. I went to Santa Fe BMW, they assessed the probl X5M’s MMI system stopped working. No information on the screen and no audio media working whatsoever. I went to Santa Fe BMW, they assessed the problem and necessary fix, ordered and installed a new head unit, and all is right with the world again. This process took a while since getting parts to Santa Fe is a longer process than it would have been in Chicago, but I was kept well-informed and was given a brand new 230xi to use while the work was being done. That car was a lot of fun to experience! Thank you Abdullah and the service department for putting us back on the road. More
