Trever Espinosa, my Service advisor, was great at explaining each service my car needed, provided an estimate of the cost and the time it would take to complete. He kept me informed of the progress. explaining each service my car needed, provided an estimate of the cost and the time it would take to complete. He kept me informed of the progress. James, Alex and Patrick were very polite. I probably met others too, everyone was friendly. I don't like pushy and they were informative without being pushy. I probably met others too, everyone was friendly. I don't like pushy and they were informative without being pushy. More
If buying a new BMW, once the warranty has expired use Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by also replacing the battery under the hood. BMW dealer was unable to solve the problem twice, dead BMW 3X. If a towing company can solve the problem, why are trained BMW mechanics unable to solve the problem? More

The service representative did not return our repeated calls for help and we had to put out a call for help to his supervisor. Following the service, we tried to get some information but, once again, no return call. We wrote the dealership manager a personal note but he did not care enough to respond. More
Abusive, insulting and discriminating! Worst dealer ever. Spent three days working out a deal with a salesman. On the third day I tell salesman it's GREAT!...It's my wife's dream car and it's Christmas and I want it! My wife and I come back two hours later and another salesman, James Day, is selling the car, right in front of us, as we watch, while Brad is out on a test drive with another customer. My wife and I were there for an hour waiting for Brad or someone to help us, when we finally get some help, the, decidedly absent until now, manager, Daniel Masterson, steps in and says, "The cars sold", in a rude and abrupt manor. Then disappears back into his office giving NO explanation and treating me and my wife with great disrespect. All he had to do was ask, "who was here first"...or SOMETHING...ANYTHING...other than just dismissing us like that. My wife and I were treated equally poor by the salesman James Day when we were sitting in what we thought was "our new car" and he approached the car with "his" customers and, with a scowl on his face, barked at my wife, "We're looking at this car". My wife replied, "so are we", but without reply we were booted from the car. He did NOT bother to ask, "who are you working with" or, "was someone helping you", nothing...discrimination? Although my wife is 58 years old, (I am 60 but he could not see me for I was in the passenger seat and he approached from the drivers side), she is small and wears Vans tennis shoes and we think he thought she was some kid who was just hanging out in the car...??? or what??? I myself am mentally disabled and can be discursive in my speech at times. Is this why I was discounted as well? This is not the first time we have felt we have been treated poorly by this dealership. Their main store is in Albuquerque. The management is better there. ....although.... we have contacted them about this horrible experience with their Santa Fe store and their dismissive manager Daniel Masterson and they are offering NO resolve as well. So.....maybe best to go to Colorado Springs or Denver. Whatever you do stay away from Santa Fe BMW. Your just setting yourself up for abuse and disappointment. More
Wish all Dealers were as good as this one Vacationing in Santa Fe. Car overheated, I found a leak in the reservoir near the filler cap. The folks and SF BMW had a part over-nighted in as the car is older and the part not common.the part was replaced rapidly and correctly. they did a pressure check of the system and found another leak which required replacement of the radiator. Again because of the age of the car they did not have one in stock but managed to find one in Albuquerque and had it delivered within 2 hours. I asked if it would be wise at this point to change the water pump and they agreed that it was the wise thing to do. NOTE: These are known problems on the model I have and the mileage on the car was correct for the problems to appear. They provided me a loner car, and made room in their full schedule to accomplish the work. I was even asked to text them when I got home so they would know that all went well. F.W.I.W. this is similar to a situation two years ago when their performance and followup was just as this time. There is no doubt in my mind that I would do business with this Dealership any time.
