I've been bringing my Toyota Tacoma to Sansone Toyota for service, but my recent experience was unacceptable. After an oil change, I discovered oil leaking from a loose drain plug that was hand-tight at best service, but my recent experience was unacceptable. After an oil change, I discovered oil leaking from a loose drain plug that was hand-tight at best, almost completely draining the engine. When I brought it back, they claimed a missing washer was the issue, but it's clear the plug was simply not tightened. This follows a previous visit where I had to request missing bolts for my skid plate and it held in place with zip ties. I will not be returning. More

I have purchased multiple vehicles from other dealerships. This one has far been the worse from start to finish . I felt my sales guy wasnt knowledgeable about the truck I wanted .Almost sold me dealerships. This one has far been the worse from start to finish . Then I had told him I will be on vacation if the truck comes in can I get it after my vacation, I get a call saying I need to do the paperwork Befor the 1st has they have to close out all accounts Befor end of month .. then when I get truck after that the communication was very very poor on the registration when it will come . The payoff of the vehicle I traded in . Plus when I looked the 1st time the manger came to me all nice saying what do we need to do to get you to walk out tonight with it . After that I never saw a manger . Didn’t feel like family of this place felt like a money sign to them .. More
