Do not do business with these crooks. They straight up lied to me about what was included in the ToyotaCare plan. They were extremely difficult to deal with, and overall terrible. If there were any other dealers in the area that had car we wanted, I would have gone elsewhere. More
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience purchasing my Toyota from Sansone Toyota, and Jorge and his sales manager Tony deserve particular recognition. I didn't exactly have the luxury of taking months Toyota from Sansone Toyota, and Jorge and his sales manager Tony deserve particular recognition. I didn't exactly have the luxury of taking months to make this decision. My 2013 Buick Encore had reached the point where, after a lot of research, continuing to put money into repairs simply wasn't making financial sense. I initially thought I wanted to lease a new RAV4 Hybrid, but once I really dug into the numbers, I realized that both acquiring and owning the hybrid would be considerably more expensive than what made sense for my situation. Financing a pre-owned RAV4 ultimately became the smarter move. I also only had a few weeks to research vehicles, financing, dealerships, and inventory before I'd have to spend even more money just to keep the Buick on the road. So while the decision had to happen quickly, I was determined not to make it blindly. By the time I reached Sansone, I had done a tremendous amount of homework and knew what I was looking for. I'm also a sales professional and have spent most of my adult life in sales, so I'm familiar with sales techniques, unnecessary pressure, and when someone is trying to control the flow of a transaction. I never got that feeling from Jorge. He respected the fact that I had done my research, answered my questions, and didn't waste time trying to oversell or upsell me. The process felt structured and straightforward. That stood out because I had already spent time shopping other Toyota dealerships, where getting clear answers to some fairly direct questions was surprisingly difficult. At Sansone, there was much less ambiguity and much more respect for the research I had already done. I'd also heard all the horror stories about buying a car becoming a four- or five-hour ordeal. I came into Sansone on a Saturday morning and was out with my new vehicle in roughly two hours—and about an hour of that delay was actually mine. I thought I had handled my insurance the night before and discovered that morning that I hadn't. Had I had my own stuff together, I genuinely think this could have been about a one-hour transaction. Their inventory and financing options were another major advantage. Sansone had considerably more vehicles to choose from, and they ultimately secured an interest rate for me about two percentage points lower than what I had been offered elsewhere. That's a meaningful difference over the life of an auto loan. I also appreciated my conversation with Tony early that morning. We talked shop a little because of our shared sales backgrounds, and he was unusually candid about his own experiences in the automotive business, including lessons from a previous dealership. He didn't have to share those experiences with me, but the conversation reinforced the sense that I was dealing with people who were comfortable being straightforward rather than putting on a sales performance. Buying a car is still a major financial transaction, and buyers should absolutely do their homework. But I never felt like Sansone was trying to punish me for having done mine. That's probably the best compliment I can give them. Jorge and Tony treated me like an informed customer, kept the process moving, got me a significantly better financing rate, and made a decision I had been forced to make relatively quickly feel considerably easier. My advice after going through the process: shop around, do your research, know your numbers—and **shop Sansone last**. Give them the opportunity to beat what you've already found. You may not need another stop. Five stars from me. More
