Not a great experience overall. I have been waiting for a part for my pickup truck for two weeks, and unless I personally call to follow up, there seems to be no communication from I have been waiting for a part for my pickup truck for two weeks, and unless I personally call to follow up, there seems to be no communication from the service department regarding its status. Last week, I called to inquire about the part and was told that it had not been ordered and that I needed to bring my truck back in to be inspected again. The service representative repeatedly questioned whether I was sure I had brought my truck to the correct dealership, which became quite frustrating and exasperating. I eventually brought my vehicle back, only for the service advisor who originally assisted me to confirm that the part had, in fact, been ordered and was simply delayed in arriving. The lack of communication and conflicting information has been very disappointing. Quite frankly, based on this experience, I would prefer not to return to this dealership for future service. I will likely try the Auto Mall in Plainfield instead. More
