I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed before work. When I got there the tech was unsure how long my service would take. I explained to him that I had to be at work at a certain time, he stated t work. When I got there the tech was unsure how long my service would take. I made note of his response and sat down to wait. My vehicle was ready before I needed it to be and I made it to work on time. I appreciated the experience for many reasons.
