I was looking for a Toyota Camry and a freind recommended I look at his guy, Glenn S. It was a 35 minute drive from my home but my friend insisted I would not be sorry. He was right. I went this afternoon and came home with a new Nisson Altima. I cant believe it. The price was too good to pass up, the car is beautiful and the Altima is a higher rated vechile by car and driver than the Camry. I was then handed off to Ray Azarcon who gave me an overview, bent over backwards to make sure all my questions were answered. He also told me to call him anytime if I have any questions. I am so thrilled with the price of the car, the service and the whole experience. I felt the need to write this review because I had a specific car in mind, and luckily I went with the Altima. Just a follow up on our original post of 9/24/11. Posting stated that we felt we were double dipped on the window etching price of the Rogue we purchased. We received a phone call from Glen, the general m stated that we felt we were double dipped on the window etching price of the Rogue we purchased. We received a phone call from Glen, the general manager at Sansone Nissan. He wanted to discuss what had happened and aplogized for any misunderstanding and wanted us to be happy withg our purchase. He was very professional and understanding. I won't go into the details, but we were very satisfied with the outcome. How often can you say after the deal has been made and papers signed that you hear back from a dealer wanting to make things right and make the customer that already purchased a car happy! Thank you Glen for the follow up and to Harold for all his help. The service dept. was also very good. We love the Rogue and recommend going to Sansone if you are looking to purchase one or any other Nissan. More

We walked in and expected another "bait & switch" like we had found at 4 or 5 other dealerships. George listened to what we wanted/needed in a car and led us to the one we bought. The whole process from when we walked until when we left with the car took about 2 hours. What pushes this review into the "great" category, is that we had a couple of minor issues to resolve (needed a 2nd key fob, pinstripes needed to be fixed) that were going to be taken care of when picking up the license plates and registration. I forgot to call ahead so they were not able to accommodate me right then. It would have been a 2 hour wait and I had my kids with me. George instantly offered to pick up my car one day the following week and get it taken care of then bring it back so I wouldn't have to drive the 45 minutes to the dealership again. More

Going to a dealership usually you get a sense of sharks on the hunt for some innocent victim. I must admit this was my first thought going into Sansone Nissan, and then we met Ray. We went in optimistic with no intention of purchasing, but Ray insisted without being pushy or persistent that we look around and make sure that we left at least happy. He helped us purchase our brand new vehicle and we're still praising his name. I believe every car salesman should have Ray's attitude and determination when approaching a potential buyer. I would recommend Sanson Nissan to anyone who interested in purchasing, especially new. More
