We were shopping for a very specific model and were told by the internet department at several dealerships that they had what we were looking for in stock... none actually did. Our sales representative at Sansone Nissan, Jasmin Harmon, was very straight forward and honest with us, and explained why we were having such difficulty finding the exact model we were looking for. Jasmin was extremely friendly and patient while helping us find an alternative. She really turned around what had been turning out to be a poor experience. We ended up with a wonderful car for an excellent price. Thanks to Jasmin, and Jose (from the service department), we will definitely continue doing business with Sansone Nissan, despite not being our closest Nissan dealer. More

I put in a deposit for a car on Wednesday and I was going to pick it up on Saturday. I received a call on Friday that they sold my car to someone else. Originally, I was told that the price advertised on t to pick it up on Saturday. I received a call on Friday that they sold my car to someone else. Originally, I was told that the price advertised on the internet was incorrect, but later the manager said that he would honor that price for me. Also, the manager tried to sell me that car for more $$ than what the advertisement price was as I checked the numbers and questioned him about it. This gives a very bad reputation for Nissan Sansone as I will make sure all of my family/friends know how they do business with people. I will also be filing a BBB complaint against Nissan Sansone. Jasmin Harmon and James Cavallaro gave me a reason to come back to Sansone's Nissan. Several years ago, I had an unpleasant experience that really turned me off and my mother was the only reason I came come back to Sansone's Nissan. Several years ago, I had an unpleasant experience that really turned me off and my mother was the only reason I came there today. My mother is 65 years old and got into a bad car accident where her car was totaled. She wanted to go to Sansones because it was closer although I hesitated. Jasmin greeted me at the door before me, my mother and family entered. At first, she didn't look experienced, but she later proved me wrong. By the time she was done with us, I was very impressed and pleased. Additionally, when we were walked upstairs to James Cavallaro, I thought to myself, ok....now this is where the !@$$ will begin. Again, I was proven wrong. James was very straightforward and direct with no extra "gimmicks". He explained everything to my mother and I and there were no hidden agendas. Unlike years ago, the process was very smooth and we didn't feel like our day was wasted. Thank you to Jasmin and James for restoring my confidence in Sansone's Nissan. My mother is very happy with her new purchase and the outstanding customer service that we experienced. More

This was one of the first dealerships I visited after researching various SUVs for several months. I'm an organized person and expect large businesses to be the same. Needless to say, this dealership was researching various SUVs for several months. I'm an organized person and expect large businesses to be the same. Needless to say, this dealership was not. I telephoned the dealership sales department, asking a specific question regarding a sale price and discount offered. I was assured the discount could be applied to the internet sale price. So as I arrived I was "greeted" right at the door by the sales associate who had such a bewildered look when I asked for a certain used vehicle, as if I didn't know what I was asking for. I then showed my printed information on the vehicle and directed him to the stock number. While he searched for the vehicle information, we were directed to an area to sit while waiting. The waiting area chairs were disturbingly soiled with stains everywhere. The thought of sitting on whatever that stain was turned my stomach. Mr. Ayoola Elliott returned to tell me that he 'couldn't find the keys to the car' but we can "still fill out the papers and then take the car tomorrow" when the keys were located (and the car). This seemed unsafe. I then asked him directly and he condescendingly "explained" how the price was calculated. I explained how the sales representative I called assured me that the discount could be applied and he said "the phone representatives don't know the prices, they're just meant to bring you in". I clearly stated I would not pay any more than the price I was told by the "sales associate" so I was introduced the sales manager who expressed shock at my credit score rating. I guess a young female can't have good credit but I digress. The nail in the coffin for this dealership was when the sales manager proceeds to condescendingly say "do you really think you'll find this car at a lower price? Hmph... well, if this was my dealership, I wouldn't even give you the car at this price, I'd charge more". Finally I had to remind them that I needed my license that they had taken. This experience was frustrating, revolting, and extremely disorganized. Even worse, I received repeated phone calls and junk mail from this salesman! I would never recommend them based on what I experienced and saw. More
