I am in complete shock! So upset and disappointed I would love for a manager to call me back because I am in loss for words. I took my car in because I cracked my rims and popped my tires. I also asked for them to fix a weather protector peice on the bottom which they said they had in stock. They had my car over a week and never returned my calls. Jodi is a liar and has absolutely no experience working with cars. Russ is very unprofessional and did not help what so ever. I picked up my car and the peice I asked them to fix 10 times was not when I spoke to Jodi today to say please make sure I pick up my car with that peice fixed. I cannot believe the service because I never had that problem. This is a shame because I recommend Nissan sanson service to everyone I come across. I AM DONE !! Thanks for nothing sanson Nissan service. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back!!! More

They are thief and worst manipulator This company has taken a deposit of 500 dollars on OCT 18 2014.I was suppose to buy a car from them but later I changed my mind and informed them that This company has taken a deposit of 500 dollars on OCT 18 2014.I was suppose to buy a car from them but later I changed my mind and informed them that I wasnt buying.Then I asked several times to return my 500 dollars back but they simply dont want to do it.They just want to play around and wasting my time since I bought the car from someone else,as if they are taking revenge.They dont answer my call neither the receptionist forward my call to the managers.Note that I wanted to go personally to the place so that they can refund it quickly but they said they dont need me to return the money. Again I dont want anyone to buy car from them they advertised low price from amex true car price,once you are there they will put some stupid hidden cost and make the price worst.I went to 3 dealers this people are worst in clarifications of price, More

Picked out a car on Saturday, went back on Tuesday and drove the car home! Mike Odierno was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff was very friendly and funny! My husband purchased a car there in the past and was very happy with his experience as well. Looks like we won't be going anywhere else in the future!
