Great & Friendly Sales Person and dealership I was greeted by Jason walking in to the dealership. He asked me what the purpose of my visit was to the dealership and I told him that my current lea I was greeted by Jason walking in to the dealership. He asked me what the purpose of my visit was to the dealership and I told him that my current lease was coming due in July. He escorted me to his desk area and asked what I was interested in, buying or leasing again. I told him leasing and I wanted another Nissan Rogue again. He asked what model I was interested in and I said the same as I had, the SV. He asked if I would like to test drive a Rogue and I told him yes. After the test drive he showed me an SV that had a lot of extras. We went back to his desk area and he took my necessary info and said he would be right back. When he returned, he said WOW. I said what does that mean. He said the the model he had showed me would only cost $20.00 more than I was paying with the vehicle I was turning in. I agreed to it, and told him I wanted the same color and Jason prepared the paper work necessary. Came back and I did all the signing. He then showed me over to the cafe for a snack. When I returned, he said it would be a few minutes to see the finance rep. Got all that done and Jason said to go out and start emptying out the return vehicle. Before I knew it the new vehicle pulled up and I put all my belongings in it. Jason congratulated me and I was on my was home with a new vehicle. I cannot say enough about Jason handling my new lease. It is rare nowadays that you run into a great sales person that actually cares about your leasing or buying experience. He gained a customer for life and now I would always go to Jason and Sansone Nissan for my car leasing or buying needs. As well as recommend him and the dealership to my family and friends. If you are in the market for leasing or buying a car, go see Jason at Sansone Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. Just want to say thanks again to Jason. Appreciate everything that you’ve done for me. Great sales person and dealership So here’s my review of my recent car buying experience at Sansone Nissan. For the longest time, I’ve always wanted the Nissan Maxima. It was my drea So here’s my review of my recent car buying experience at Sansone Nissan. For the longest time, I’ve always wanted the Nissan Maxima. It was my dream car. So when they did a refresh of the 2019 Nissan Maxima, I started shopping around trying to find the best deal possible and Sansone Nissan was the dealership that offered me the best deal. I brought in my true car certificate and they said they’ll honor it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. We had the pleasure of working with Harold as our sales consultant. He got us a good deal and we ended up getting the vehicle. Sansone Nissan was one of the few dealership that had the color and trim that I really wanted which was the 2019 Nissan Maxima platinum with the reserve package in Super Black. As we were leaving the lot, we noticed the retractable shade of the panaromic sunroof was not closing. We told Harold about it and he quickly took it to service to see if it can be fix right away. He felt bad that we’ve been at the dealership for awhile and offered us complimentary food at the nearby cafe, that’s rare nowadays so it made us feel really taken care of. Fast forward, it was something that couldn’t be fixed right away and parts would need to be order for it. Harold quickly set all this up for us before leaving the lot. The following day, Harold called me just to check up on how everything was with the car and to let me know that everything was all set with service and to just go see the service advisor. There was some mishap with the service dept. and we had to comeback another day to drop off the car when the parts would be in and a loaner would be available for us to take. The night before as I walking to my car, the unlock button wouldn’t work and then when I entered my car the incorrect key id was displayed on the dashboard. As soon as I tried to start the car, the power went off and the battery light started flashing on the dashboard. The headlights was flashing every few seconds as well. The car was pretty much dead, I couldn’t start my car or even lock it. I called Harold and he even allowed me to FaceTime him; so I can show him what was going on. He quickly provided me the info for Nissan’s Roadside assistance. I asked him if it was possible to get the car exchange. He said he can’t guarantee it but he will go to bat for me and talk to his gm the next morning. So the next morning, dropped off the car, got the loaner and texted Harold as an update. Couple of hours later in the early afternoon, I got a text from him and he said he did it. He was able to get the car exchange for me for a new one. He really wanted to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my car buying experience from him. He got me the same model, color and everything. I called him right away and express my appreciation and gratitude for going to bat for me to exchange the car. It’s rare nowadays that you run into a great sales person that genuinely cares about your car buying experience and any unexpected issue that may come about after the sale is done. Through out this entire process, I was texting and calling Harold about my issues with the car and he was always there answering my every questions and concerns. He really went above and beyond for us. He gained a customer for life and now I would always go to Harold and Sansone Nissan for my car buying needs. As well as recommend him and the dealership to my family and friends. If you are in the market for buying a car, go see Harold at Sansone Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. Just want to say thanks again to Harold. Appreciate everything that you’ve done for us! Now I can enjoy my dream car to its full extent! More
Avoid!!! Just had the worst service experience in my life. I was in for oil change at 134493 miles. Service advisor looked up my service history in the compute Just had the worst service experience in my life. I was in for oil change at 134493 miles. Service advisor looked up my service history in the computer and said I definitely need 30K service at the current mileage. I doubted It slightly because I know 30K service is recommended by factory to be done at 30K, 60K, 90K, 120K and so forth. Still I trusted the advisor and agreed. While I was waiting at the waiting area. I found my old service receipt in my bag and it stated I got the 30K service at 120021 miles(same dealership). I went back to talk to the advisor and showed her the receipt to address my concerns. The advisor promised it's a different service I'm getting. When I was called out and handed the bill, I noticed the service was the same. I talked to the advisor to address the issue and the advisor was trying to get away with it. She was totally unreasonable and said I was yelling at her. I knew she was trying to make a scene to blame it on me. I then demanded to speak to the service manager. The service manager is even worse! He said I need to step outside because he couldn't tolerate the way I spoke to his advisor. xxx? Your service advisor was trying to scam a customer and I have no right to express my upset. Eventually I straightened things out but I will never set foot on this dealership again. More
Buyer beware! My husband and I were recently in a bad car accident with a deer that totaled our brand new Toyota 4runner. We attempted to purchase a brand new 2018 Maxima recently from this dealer as a replacement vehicle. The deal was done mostly over the phone (based on price) with the sale being contingent on the condition of the vehicle, which was clearly stated in advance. I was reassured by our saleman Blake that the vehicle was in factory condition. We traveled an hour and twenty minutes to this dealer as they had the specific vehicle and color we were looking for. We had an appointment set. We arrived an hour late to find our vehicle still being "cleaned". We were again reassured of it's condition. We completed the paperwork and the car was delivered to us outside in the pouring rain. The interior had obviously not been cleaned and detailed properly as there was still plastic all over the place, nothing had been vacuumed, the trunk carper was still rolled up and the vehicle handbook was on the passenger's seat inside a huge piece of plastic taken off of the vehicle . We did our best to check the dark midnight blue vehicle, and it seemed to be ok. Thankfully we took a picture at the moment of inception and my flash clearly caught the damage, even though we did not. Upon arriving home and pulling into our garage we discovered an obvious and large dent and scratch on the driver's side door, that any competent detailer or salesman would have easily found, seen and known aboout. We called immediately to speak to a GM and received no call back. The next day after we finally tracked down a manager,who assured us we could have a refund through a business check, we went to return their vehicle and were met with every excuse as to why they could not give us back our refund, as we paid by certified check which is guaranteed funds. Glenn the GM proceeded to act in an incredibly unprofessional manner arguing with us inside the center of the dealership, making no effort to be apologetic and even asked us "Do you understand English" after we refused to leave without our promised refund. It took 3 hours and 2 loud mouth but refund is in hand and I can not express the incredible disappointment and aggravation I felt over this experience. I have bought a lot of new cars in my life and this was by far my worst new car buying experience ever. This dealership clearly practices deceptive business practices and delivered me a damaged, immediately devalued product. Their customer service is horrendous and I would avoid this dealership as the price is most definitely not worth the hassle they provide you with. More

Worse dealership ever. I brought a new Altima in 2013, The sales rep wasn’t the best nor the worse, but the service department is the pits. I brought my car in for normal maintenance and was quoted enormously high prices. When I thought I needed brakes, I was told I needed Brakes and rotors immediately all around and was quoted a price that was astonishing. I said I would be back. I Shopped around for other quotes. I was told I only needed pads on the front and my rotors were good. When I went for my synthetic oil change the first time, I almost fainted when I was given the bill. I again shopped around for prices when my next oil change was due and again the price was considerably lower. I wasn’t sure about my Bluetooth at one time and went to my original sales rep and he didn’t know how to connect the Bluetooth. I would not NEVER buy another Nissan from Sansone, but will be looking to maybe buy another Nissan in a few years. I am now searching for a good dealership. I have had other problems with Sansone and their service department but they are too numerous to mention. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SANSONE IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL OR GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More

Amazing car leasing experience My wife and I were there for a few minutes, we already new exactly what we wanted. A gentleman named Ray Azarcon approached us and was very insightful from the start. He broke down everything for us and what came with the New 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport SL. It was a better experience than I ever had dealing with a car salesman. My wife and I happily left with our New Rogue Sport, We got the car we wanted at a price we wanted. More
