The service department is top notch. I have an electrical problem with my 2023 Nissan Z and the staff including Lino have been trying to solve my problem. They requested a specialist from Nissan to diagnose the problem. To date they have replaced two parts from the computer system that controls the car. As needed they have also supplied a loaner car while they try to fix the issue. I highly recommend, Lino and the entire service staff for diligently working to repair the problem. More

The vehicle was brought in for service on 12/14/21 and as of this date, 02/21/22, is still being repaired and sits in pieces in rear of the dealer's back lot. I have been largely kept uniformed over the progress and nature of the repairs of my vehicle. Recently I was told to return the loaner car I was being provided. As a result of this inconvenience I went to another dealership and leased a new vehicle with them instead. Lack of parts is no excuse for poor communication. Customers should not have to hunt down your team to get the answers they deserve. Even your own sales department was ignorant as to the status of my vehicle as they called me to discuss extending my lease or buying the vehicle. My having to ground the lease was the result of my inability to turn the vehicle in at the dealership where I was getting my new vehicle. The car was in no condition for me to deliver it and at least the new dealership was providing me with solutions. Once you found out I was grounding the vehicle your sales managers would not take or return my calls. Regardless of supply chain logistics, your dealership handled us poorly and disrespectfully. Creating the appointment was quick and easy. When I drove up at 8:25 for an 8:30 appointment, I was immediately greeted by Steve, the Service Manager, who told me it should be done in an hour, so I decided to wait. Having waited for MANY service appointments with other cars and dealerships in the past, I braced myself for a potential marathon for so simple a service on a new car. However, at 8:45, Steve told me the car was ready and I was sure he was calling for someone else, even though there was only one other person in the waiting area. I have never seen a dealership operate so quickly and efficiently and value my time as much as this. In less than an hour after leaving my home, I was back with the car and ready to begin work. Absolutely incredible job and I greatly appreciate the service and will absolutely be back. More
