I have to preface this review with the warning that, in general, my expectations of any car dealership are very low. Regardless what state you're in or whether you're buying used or new, ultimately, you as general, my expectations of any car dealership are very low. Regardless what state you're in or whether you're buying used or new, ultimately, you as the consumer are responsible for checking and double checking everything that is done with your money, including the details of the expenses and the bottom line. That being said, my experience @ Windsor Nissan was fairly smooth. We came in after having test driven a new Altima another Nissan dealer just up the road (we negotiated with them and they couldn't meet our price), so at Windsor we basically told Vinny the specific car we wanted, which he walked us around the lot to find. Then we said here's the price, meet it or beat it, and they were able to beat the price. That's about as smooth as a car deal can be. Eventually I had to ask for a detailed breakdown of the charges and was able to find an extra tax charge, which they took off after I complained. This didn't sour me on the them though, since as I said, I've come to expect this kind of treatment whenever purchasing a car, plus you can't discount the fact that errors do crop up from time to time. From what I have seen I think the dealership has a large selection of new cars, and an eager and polite sales team. I would purchase another car from them if such an opportunity presented itself.
