Fine until the papers are signed. To be fair, the before the sale experience was fine and on par with other dealerships. Once the deal is done is where the true colors are displayed. I would advise anyone thinking about visiting this dealer to reconsider. They left me with the impression they would take you for every nickel and dime possible. An issue that did not come up before the paperwork was with the number of keys. I did not realize, until they turned over the key, that there was only one provided with the factory certified car I purchased. When I asked about a spare key I was told 'I will check it out, give me until tomorrow'. I followed up with an email that went unanswered for over a week. The response to that email was 'we can SELL you one at our cost' and quoted $250 as 'their cost'. This was obvious BS because you can look up Nissan accessories and see they offer remote start with TWO keyfobs for less than what the dealer told me the cost for ONE keyfob would be. The most aggravating part is if I brought this issue up before signing anything I'm sure they would have been more than willing to provide the spare keyfob. It seems petty that a rating could drop to one star over a small issue with a spare keyfob but that is exactly the point here. They would sacrifice a positive customer experience for a chance to squeeze you for another buck. More

BENNY IS THE BEST! I had been putting off looking for a new car because I absolutely dread going to car dealerships due to past experiences. After spending 2 days at ot I had been putting off looking for a new car because I absolutely dread going to car dealerships due to past experiences. After spending 2 days at other dealerships, I finally decided to try Windsor Nissan since it is close to my house. Within minutes, Benny was able to get me the exact car I wanted for the price that I wanted to pay for it. After getting completely aggravated at another dealership, I was shocked that I was able to make such a quick and painless purchase from this dealership. Benny was honest, pressure-free, and willing to get me the best price. Ed from Finance completed our paperwork and he, too, was quick and honest. He didn’t try to pressure or trick me into purchasing anything that I didn’t want. Part of my deal was to have something extra installed, so Steve from the Service Department assisted me with that. He was great and everything was done quickly and properly. I love my new Pathfinder and I would definitely recommend Windsor Nissan and especially Benny! More
