I met Roy Hreiz, who answered my questions without any pressure and made I stopped in about a month ago to ask some questions about a new Nisan Rogue. I met Roy Hreiz, who answered my questions without any pressure and made some suggestions about current leasing and financing programs. Weeks later I came back in and I showed Roy a competing lease price from an online service. I told him I was going to work and he could e-mail me his best price. A few e-mails later back and forth and I stopped in later that day to sign the paperwork. He came back with a lease price that was well below what I had been negotiating with other dealers through endless exhausting back and forth. No add ons, no additional charges , nothing hidden. Of course then all the other dealers were willing to meet his price. My answer to them was "Why didn't you give me your best price up front like they did here?' More
