On 9/7/21 I brought my 2015 Nissan Versa in to identify the cause of a loud rattling noise and to get rid of the problem. The muffler was corroded. The muffler and the whole exhaust line need to be replaced, Ajay the service consultant explained. This was expensive, I told Ajay I need another car. I was introduced to sales consultant Benny Lopez who was kind, professional and patient. I got a 2018 pre-owned certified used Nissan Sentra with great features that I could afford.
