Drove an ho Our lease is expiring so we received a call to renew. Discussed doing the same terms we had over the phone and everything was confirmed. Drove an hour down there and they wouldn't honor what we'd discussed. In fact, couldn't even come close. Even better was that every subsequent offer was more money overall to us. The sales associate and managers were either really incompetent or blatantly lied and tried to play us for fools. Won't be back. More

There was never a time when I felt pressure from her to buy. I had my 2 yo with me who was also difficult during the researching process and Karen was wonderful with him. She even had munchkins for him which was delightful. I can't tell you how many times I have been turned off by sales reps and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is soft-spoken, incredibly patient and made sure that I felt comfortable making a large investment (2017 Nissan Pathfinder). I had plenty of time and opportunity to evaluate models and she understood my requirements without trying to send me in a different direction to make a bigger sale. 2) After figuring out which car to buy, I spent a good chunk of time working with John Mollicone whoade sure that I understood everything detail of the transaction which is huge. I always hear nightmare stories about hidden fees and John was all about transparency. He went through every line item and gave me an incredible deal that was way better than freehold and red bank. I had a lot of questions and he was very understanding and made a lot of effort to break it down. 3) Terry, the warranty and final signature guy, was hilarious and kind. Sometimes its hard to fork over all that money but he made it seamless. 4) the entire team stayed well past closing and made sure that we didn't feel like we were impinging. I have to say, I am so impressed by this team and would come back to the same 3 folks without hesitation. More
Horrible!!!@ Just got off the phone with Bill the used car manager. What an unbelievable LIAR he is. I have a car to trade and he offered me $33,000 for my car. Just got off the phone with Bill the used car manager. What an unbelievable LIAR he is. I have a car to trade and he offered me $33,000 for my car. All other dealers offered me a minimum of $38,000. I asked him why? He told me that he checked with Truecar and could buy it new for $38,000. I disagreed. I checked Truecar and my car listed for $42,378 - 43,125. I called him back and he said thar he checked in NJ. I live in NY. Blatant out and out lie!! No wonder used car salespersons have the reputation as crooks. Bill exemplifies the proverbial used car dealer. If he didn't want my car he should have the xxxxx to tell me instead of lying. I wouldn't recommend this salesperson to my worst enemy! Stay FAR, FAR away from Sansone Jr. Nissan. More

Buyer beware Shopping a Nissan NV200 two weeks ago. I had a leased Nissan 2013 Murano that needed a tire and would be over my allowed mileage at the end of my lease. Sansone would buy out the lease and the tire would be covered by the under $500 wear and tear they give you on a lease. Sansone had a "certified" used NV200 on the lot with 15 miles. Clean Carfax, car was really brand new, "used" they said because they had transfered title (from one nissan dealer to another according to carfax. I was adamant about what I'd put down and what my monthly payments would be for 5 years and they agreed after a bit of negotiating. It was a Saturday evening, the finance manager was tied up, and I waited over two hours. Finally, the sales manager had me sign a "T & C" which is worded and explained to me as an "agreement to buy" that said I can get my deposit and trade in back if they can't deliver the car at the cost and interest rate they promise. The T&C said $825 down and $325 per month. Five days later, the car had 500 miles on it and I get a call saying they couldn't get me the financing they wanted and it was going to be $332 per month. But it's only $7 right? I was ticked off, but had already "moved into" the car and ordered extras on my own to outfit it. That's $490 extra over the life of the loan. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership, the salesman drove all the way up to North Jersey to get me the papers to sign a week later, so they certainly made every effort to work with me. I was sitting in the parking lot of a gas station under the streetlights at 8PM signing a stack of papers for a car I had purchased a week ago. It wasn't until when I got my plates, two weeks after taking the car, that I actually got a copy of the finance agreement and it showed 75 payments, not 72. That's another $1000 over what I expected the car to cost me. At home I checked the T&C and saw that it said 75, not 72. So the great deal I thought they had given me snuck up to $1500 higher than I had negotiated for. At every step of the transaction, I made a stupid mistake. I mistook "72" months for 75. I gave in on a higher interest rate when I should have said "okay, you can have the car back." It's my fault entirely. I trusted them -- C'mon, I'm old enough to know not to trust a car dealer. They offered what seemed like a great deal, however given the cost of the financing, I could have purchased a brand new 2016 NV200 with Nissan's 0.9% financing and had a real "new car" at the same cost. I don't know that they were being dishonest, I think they were just glossing over details to make a deal, but I wouldn't ever trust them again. Dot each "I" and cross each "T" with Sansone. Seriously, their "Finance Manager," didn't know what the interest rate was? It took a week to find out? This past week I shopped for used car loans to refinance and am finding the 3.25% rate they gave me as competitive so I can't complain about that either, but I'm not a happy customer because they didn't deliver what they promised. I feel like this is the way they deal with customers who want a low monthly payment, just squeeze an extra month or two out of them. I'm just ticked off that I walked out thinking I got a good deal and didn't catch their slick tricks. By tagging on a few dollars a month and three extra payments, they squeezed $1500 bucks out of me. It's the last $1500 any Sansone dealer will ever get from me. More

Th I turned in my lease well under my mileage in very good condition. They did not even look at my car when I turned it in. I signed a paper and left. Then I got a bill for $700 in the mail three months later saying I owed all this money. Surprise! And I have to pay it. They said there was damage to the car and since I didn't buy another car from them I owed $400 that was mysteriously written in the contract. They take advantage of younger women and nothing was explained when leasing the car. I put too much money down and paid way too much each month and then had to pay at the end. Also, every time I went in for an oil change they tried to up sell me all these different things that were not necessary. These people are xxxxxxxx and rip people off. I would never buy a car from them again. Went to the local ford dealership I am having a much better experience. I went in for my first oil change and what do you know...I just got an oil change and they didn't ask if I wanted new filters, wipers, tires and fuses. Very Interesting to say the least. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about cars and the car buying process. Be aware. Do not go to sansone jr. 66. More

As soon as we got it home I took it to my mechanic who immediately discovered a bent rim. (so much for their thorough inspection) They did replace the rim at that time. Recently my daughter took it to Pep Boys for a tire alignment; the mechanic came out and asked if the car had been in an accident. It had significant damage to the the suspension/axels that was not visible to the naked eye. I took it back to Sansone, they checked it out and told me it had been in an accident before we bought it. I was shocked and asked "why would I buy a car from you that had been in an accident and clearly not repaired correctly?" They showed me a carfax that I had never laid eyes on with my signature on it. We paid a total of $15,000 for the car about a year ago. They wanted $1600 to make the repairs, and I told them that I would not pay them, as they sold me the car in that condition. The manager offered to buy it from us for $5,000 (yes you read that right) and lease my daughter a new Sentra at full price. I wanted to fall on the floor laughing. They are completely unscrupulous crooks. If you are buying a car there, I would have every nook and cranny checked first. More
