From the moment I stepped into the lot, Tom Wall and Tommy Wall provided excellent customer service. They both understood my needs, and did their best to accomdate them. After test driving a vehicle on the lot, and explaining which car I was interested in, Tom and Tommy both worked on the numbers to come up with a price that I'd be happy with. They were both very professional and provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. We came to an agreement on a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue and I left the dealership a very happy customer. I never thought I'd switch from Honda, but Tom and Tommy Wall both gave me reason to. I am now going to be a loyal Nissan owner and plan to continue to come back to Nissan to deal with such great people that care about the customer needs.
