Can’t fully express the wonderful sales experience I had at Sansone’s Jr’s Kia Automall in early March 2014. I purchased a Forte Koup. Tony Desiderio was my salesperson, he is someone with over fifty year at Sansone’s Jr’s Kia Automall in early March 2014. I purchased a Forte Koup. Tony Desiderio was my salesperson, he is someone with over fifty years of experience in auto sales, and it shows in the great experience I had. He is a treasure for Sansone and any customer that he comes in contact with. Ask for him, you will not be disappointed; he is very professional, honest and knows what customer satisfaction is all about. Tony goes not only the extra mile, but he will not be happy until you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. I will be sending all my friends and relatives to Tony. Over my life time I have purchased over 12 new vehicles. Never was the sales experience been better than with Tony. It does not get any better for a customer buying a car then to do so with Tony. I went to this dealer because I really love the Kia Optima. My family and I were greeted by Jimmy. Before he even showed us the cars he had formed his opinion on us, which apparently was we weren't abl Optima. My family and I were greeted by Jimmy. Before he even showed us the cars he had formed his opinion on us, which apparently was we weren't able to afford one of these cars. He really didn't even want to show us the car. He tried telling my parents that I wouldn't be able to afford this car and it was a stupid idea to even look at it. Especially for a first time buyer. We insisted that we still wanted to look at this car anyway, so finally he went to grab some keys to show us. By this point I was already insulted and ready to leave, but my mom told me that if I really liked the car not to let a crappy salesperson ruin it for me. He came out and showed us the car, and I do admit he knew a lot about it, and the car itself was beautiful. We went to talk numbers with him, which was a waste of our time and his. I was fed us with his condescending mocking attitude, and just wanted to leave and travel to a different car dealer. I could go on and on about how horrible he is, but I think everyone gets the idea. I went back to the Hyundai dealer the next day and purchased a nice new Sonata limited PZEV, which is roughly the same price as the Optima. I can see why they're trying to run things differently at that place. Might want to start by firing crappy sales consultants. Who knows, maybe Jimmy is hoping to be fired. Thanks for ruining Kia for me guys! :) More
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. Think of every single sleazy, negative, bad stereotype you can for a car dealer and this place will out do them all. Every single good review on here was probably either a fluke negative, bad stereotype you can for a car dealer and this place will out do them all. Every single good review on here was probably either a fluke or they requested the customer to give these reviews, or possible, and I definitely wouldn't put it past this place, they put them up there themselves. My family bought two cars from this dealership. Not one, but two, and they treat us like absolute dirt. They say anything they can to get a sale, particularly Christian, and then after the sale they kick you out the door. They dodge phone calls, when you show up in person they run out the door and disappear, they don't answer emails. They will screw you, and they will abandon you. The worst part is that my complaints are about MONEY THEY OWE ME. Can you believe that a car company legally owes you money and they refuse to give it to you. They refuse to answer phone calls, they refuse to answer emails, and then when you show up they run out the door. Trust me, this is the sleaziest of sleazy car dealers. If Christian shakes your hand and says, "you can trust me I will personal make sure you get your check" you can bet you will not only never see that check but that he will send you to Remy the internet sales person and run away and never talk to you again. Remy also lies, he even told me my check was ready after I calling non-stop. It was never ready. This is the worst place ever, don't go there, these good reviews have to be fakes. I invite Mr. Sansone to respond to this review and help me get the money that is owed to me. If you do rectify the situation I would be more than happy to write that you corrected the situation on all of my reviews. If you do not read that it was rectified you can assume that they still have been dodging me. More
Pros---- no xx nor "working the deal". Most of the negotiations were via email---- gave me a price based on what I said my CAD SXX condition was. Honored the price and even improved on it !!! of the negotiations were via email---- gave me a price based on what I said my CAD SXX condition was. Honored the price and even improved on it !!!!Ron Cohen was my salesman and was an absolute pro. GM was nice and the Finance Mgr---Jason---- was excellent. This was Mercedes level treatment at a lowly Kia dealer!!! BTW--- the new Optima SX. Is Great. See Ron Cohen and tell him Paul and Pat. Lis----sent you. Instead of me getting a nice referral fee--- tell him to give it to YOU!!!, More
My wife and I had a great experience with leasing our new Optima , Brian was a great salesman and honest, straight to the point and no BS. I named my price and got it. Everything went smooth and everyone was Optima , Brian was a great salesman and honest, straight to the point and no BS. I named my price and got it. Everything went smooth and everyone was nice. Gene the manager was great to work with also. It was a fast stress less day. Even Mr. Sansone Jr. came and introduced himself to us and shook our hand. Thank you so much for making it happen for us ( after the disaster we went threw with Freehold Kia...do not go to freehold kia ) Sansone Jrs. #1 best deals out there. More
I chose to come to this dealership because of all the great reviews it received on cars.com. when i arrived i was greated by kelvin and he seemed pleasant with a good attitude. He showed me a Ford F250 w great reviews it received on cars.com. when i arrived i was greated by kelvin and he seemed pleasant with a good attitude. He showed me a Ford F250 which had some cosmetic flaws but nothing i couldnt live without and was promised that whatever little flaws that were on the bumper and inside drivers door would be buffed out and cleaned up. I was aldo promised that my plates would not be mailed to my home due to the fact that during the week of july 4th i would not be home and that plated so often are lost or stolen from the mail. I specifically told kelvin and the finance officer this and they both agreed that i would just pick them up from the dealership. I purchased the car and it was a quick and painless process. I was promised no fees because i already had financing from my bank, but if i financed through them there would be a better rate and no fees. Surprisingly they beat the rate by .10%. Which isnt much but they did as they promised so far. When i sat with the financing officer there were quite a few fees that were tacked on without my conscent. Good thing i read before i sign anything. We took out all the unnecessary fees like gap insurance, window etching, etc. The only fee they wouldnt take off was the loan fee which i was promised by kelvin that there wasnt going to be any. That should of been my red flag to get out. But i proceeded with the contract. I was promised by kelvin that the vehicle would be cleaned and all the dflaws would be corrected by the time i came back to pick up the car. I came back 4 days later for the vehicle after speaking with kelvin about my delay of picking up the vehicle because i had no 1 to take me to he dealership. When i arrived the car had no gas, it wasnt cleaned, nor were any of the things kelvin promised about the scuffs on the bumper taken care of. I gave the insurance papers to the manager so i could take the vehicle and since i was in a rush i couldnt hang around any longer after making me wait 40 minites for the car. My fault by taking the vehicle in that condition but it should have been ready by the time i came back to get the car (4 days). My temp tag expired and im not able to drive the car. I called kelvin and through numerous emails tried to see what was going on with my plates. I finally received an email back in the early afternoon syltating that they have my plates. I responded back and specifically stated for them not to send out the plates because i wasnt going to be home and that i would oome to get them. I followed up with a phone call immediately and spoke with melissa i believe and she said tjat the plates wouldnt be sent out but that kelvin had the plates in his desk and he wasnt answering his phone. She said she would call me back to let me know when he got the message that i was coming by. I receive a call around 6pm from kelvin. Hetells me with his salesman voice that he sent the plates to my house overnight via fedex even after i told him not to due to the fact i wasnt around and wouldnt be around because of the holiday. He repliesto me, "what holiday? Im working." His arrogant tone basically told me he didnt care that he sent them even after i told him not to. He told ee that fedex will just bring the package back after 2 failed attempts. I gave it until the following monday to call them back. I was greeted by melissa over the phone and she says she remembered that i told her not to send out the plates and that she is going to check if the plates came back. After waiting a few minutes kelvin picks up and acts as if he doesnt know its me on the phone. He says bad news fedex delivered the package. He has the nerve to ask me whos address did i sent the package to? Insinuating that i dont live there. Im stuck with the car in westchester because the temp tag expired and now the plates are at my house. Now i have to make a train trip to get the plates, go back downstate, and drive the vehicle up. Waste of a day due to someones sheer arrrogance and doing whatever he wants. I know other salesman probably wouldnt have done what kelvin did to me. Kelvin only cares about sales and not the customer. Thought i found a dealership i could recommend to friends and family, but as long as kelvin works there i will not. Sorry Mr. Sansone Jr. You are customer worthy just because you came out to meet me (the customer), but kelvin is not. Something needs to be done with this arrogant person. Almost forgot, i was promised a 2nd key for my truck, kelvin said it wouldnt be a problem, after 3 weeks he tells me he didnt get authorization to get a 2nd key and that i was out of luck. I got 2 words for kelvin and it isnt Thank you! customer More
I contacted rt 66 auto after hearing about their program rent to own. After speaking to a salesperson in rt 66 I thought it was a good way for me to get a fresh start since my credit was not good. I was tol rent to own. After speaking to a salesperson in rt 66 I thought it was a good way for me to get a fresh start since my credit was not good. I was told to look on the website and pick a car that would be good for me I found a 2010 Nissan . I gave the car info to my salesperson what s surprise I was in for they promise you the world and deliver you junk after sitting through a whole presentation we sat down to discuss financing oh one small factor that leave out you credit goes by a point system so what's the sense if I have bad credit of course my point system would be low my credit was not good and they knew it that's why i was there. I was , told that the only car that they had that would work for me was a 2005 trailblazer with 160,000 miles on it it looked like a junk car scratched all up and my payments was 600 per month the car 13,000 what a joke. Thanking for wasting 3 hrs of my life. Maybe your presentation needs to be updated to tell the truth . Be careful of the this dealership they and there program rent to own it's full if s**t . Oh yes they are very nice but untruthful More

This was the most un-pleasant car buying experience I ever had. I had an appointment with Remy Ortiz to come in and buy a vehicle at an agreed price. Not only did Remy Ortiz not show up for the appoint ever had. I had an appointment with Remy Ortiz to come in and buy a vehicle at an agreed price. Not only did Remy Ortiz not show up for the appointment, he didn't come in the entire day. I called the day before my appointment to make sure the vehicle was ready and was told "it will be ready". When I arrived at the dealership the car was not ready. When I met with the finance manager Jim Shumard I was subjected to high pressure sales tactics to purchase "Gap insurance". The finance manager Jim Shumard was unwilling to sell the vehicle for the agreed on price. I produced print outs of the emails from Remy Ortiz clearly showing the agreed on price and still the finance manager Jim Shumard was unwilling to sell the vehicle at the agreed on price. I asked that the finance manager Jim Shumard get the documents that Remy Ortiz had for this sale and was told Remy Ortiz's desk is locked and the documents were not available. While signing the documents to complete the sale I pointed out that my name was incorrect on all the documents and the date on all the documents was listed as 5 days prior. The finance manager Jim Shumard said the printers are not working and he could not re-print the documents. The finance manager Jim Shumard went through the documents and corrected my name but the corrections were illegible. I have received the finance papers from KIA MOTORS and my name is still incorrect. The New Jersey vehicle registration the dealership filled out shows the wrong trim level. All the copies of the documents I was sent home with show the wrong street name for my address. More
