Went there for check engine light. By the time they gave me the appointment. The light went out. But the girl still wanted to charge me $159.00 for a diagnostic test. She said yea your right, probably wouldn’t show anything. Really if I didn’t question the diagnostic test. You would have done it for no reason? Anyway the had to fix another recall so I was stuck. Over 2 hours later I get a text of recommendation of work to be done immediately. $2500 worth of work. Work that most I have never done on any car I’ve owned. Green coolant exchange. $234.76. But they couldn’t just say antifreeze? Because I’m a woman do I not know what that is? Anyway, the chances of me having a problem with most of there recommendations. Are the same chances of me winning the lottery! My son works at Kia in a different state as a mechanic. Even he was blown away. Nothing but a rip off who prey on women! More
Service dept is a ripoff. Brought in our EV with a simple tire leak. Waited 2 hours and charged $54. Next day, same tire was at 19 psi. No work was ever done. Stay away. Took my Kia Carnival in for a recall. Was told how long it would take and the car was completed on time. Worked with Jay to complete paperwork. Told me exactly what was done and was out i Was told how long it would take and the car was completed on time. Worked with Jay to complete paperwork. Sorry guys this is my first review for this dealership thats not in good standing. But its not for lack of service or trying to cheat me, this was all upfront and i just chose not to buy. What happen was i took my niece for a new K5; she was trading in a leased K5 that she still owed lets say 13 months. They were giving her a nice deal, an extra, i think 2400, that she could use as part of her down payment not bad, right? Then the salesman comes back and says "ok with this down and this, its $500 a month." Before i even began to haggle, i noticed the sticker price went from lets say $32500 to $36000! I say "what is this extra $3900?" Salesman turns and says "its a service charge because of the shortages" and this and that. With that i said "nope im sorry. From what i've been reading, dealerships are at least 82% inventory and im not paying this extra over sticker." So the manager comes over and trys to explain it to me, so i tell him i have bought 3 to 4 cars here, i have had family come in, friends come in and you're going to charge me an upcharge? So we walked out...next day after i sent a message to the rep, i recieved a call from the dealerships owner p3. Great kid, brought up right by his family and taught well. He tells me we can do this that and he came to a price that wasnt bad but somewhere i was still paying the $3900. So i told my niece and she said she would think about it. So all in all Sansone, you still want to charge over sticker and you lost the sale even from repeat customers. Shame, shame, yeah, you did try and rectify it but it was a little too late. We shouldnt have had to put up with this in the first place. More
I have to say I had a wonderful experience ,everything went very smooth no pressure . My salesman Matt very knowledgeable of all cars ikea an Nissan . Over all it took 1hr 15 min. I tried 4 cars .
