A new drive on life. I am not exactly sure what to write here. I came in looking for a new car as I could see that my car was starting to get up in mileage and was going t I am not exactly sure what to write here. I came in looking for a new car as I could see that my car was starting to get up in mileage and was going to need additional maintenance moving forward. I was more than 3/4 through my financial payments and wanted an upgrade. I was looking for certain new features for myself i.e., blindspot detection, heated seats, GPS in the vehicle. I sought out Hyundai because I received several letters to buy back my previous 2011 Sonata. Plus, between my father and myself we have purchased 5 previous cars from this dealership. I wasn't happy with the repeated failures of the tires and back lights on the 2011 car (which burned out frequently in the last year and a half). Aside from that and one major problem with the steering wheel (covered by an extended warranty that I purchased) the car ran well. Diane, was my salesperson. She asked me what things were important to me and gave me financial figures to work with once she knew how I would purchase the vehicle. It was for the most part a pretty straight forward process. Best experience ever. Ronnie was very friendly. He was the first time greet me at the door. After directing me to the person I need to speak to her remained assertive to me Ronnie was very friendly.
