A young woman writer seemed more interested in slouching in her chair that keeping her customers informed. Requests for information were met with a "I can't believe you're bothering me attitude". . As I can see on this site the reviews for sales are good and I agree. The service manager will talk in circles to you until you give up and leave. Keep in mind that the dealerships are privately owned so all Hyundai will do is call and relay your complaint. I suggest with a little work you can find the name,email and phone ext of the CEO and Senior VP of Customer Relations in California. Send them an email and leave them a voice mail by searching for their last name in the company phone directory. This is the only way to make it better. I found them and so can you.
