Service While I understand the need to close the Service Department waiting lobby during this Pandemic, there is no consideration for seating while waiting. I wouldn't have even scheduled to come in if not for the recall letter telling me that if I didn't schedule to get the recall taken care of by end of May. I would be responsible to pay for it. I think businesses are more than willing to sacrifice the quality customer service that they were previously know for to keep the overly stringent social distancing agenda. More
