I have been customer for 4 years since moving to East I have been customer for 4 years since moving to East Wenatchee. 5094292872. Have always had good personal experience until now. She went to correct it and 2nd slip said Donna M Schrock with Clarkston address. Kolbie said she could not change it to my name and address. I want paperwork correct so I have the record on my car. A lady in office gave me a copy of how my my account reads correctly. I think Kolbie looked up Schrock and ignored did not match up the rest of my info. For the record I’m Donna L Schrock. If it would be easier for your business I can take it to Cascade chev. I bought the Equinox from Sunrise Chev in Omak from Dave Price. Below Chev is not an option on selecting make of car. I will only let Sangsters Motors work on our Vehicle as we had a very bad experience with Cascade Auto and will never go back for Buying a Vehicle or getting an Service work done.
