Khanh Khuu was amazing! My husband and I went in to the dealership after doing lots of car shopping online. Khanh sat us down and went over our budget with us and we found cars that we could realistically dealership after doing lots of car shopping online. I personally hate everything about going to a dealership as they usually try to push you into something you can’t afford and lie about the numbers and you end up paying more then you want and hating the car. Luckily none of that happened everything was upfront and honest. I tend to ask a ton of questions and he was very patient with me and was able to answer all of them. He got me a Infiniti that I absolutely love and made it a great experience. Even though the dealership had closed while we were there he stayed and made sure to go over everything about the car with me so I was comfortable driving it as I have never had a luxury car. The next day I had texted him a question about the car and he responded right away along with videos to show how to use that feature and followed up to make sure everything was good. Since we all know you spend hours at a dealership he offered us coffee, water, snacks, restroom breaks throughout our whole time there which was a nice hospitality touch! 10/10 thank you so much for being real with me and taking great care of us! We met with Khanh and I have never met a car salesman that I liked until I met Khanh. My husband and I ended up upgrading to the QX80 on the showroom floor! Got a great and no hassle deal! It was fast, painless and easy. After our purchase Khanh showed me all the bells and whistles. I would highly recommend him and the dealership. Clean cars will little to no miles! More
