Booking and drop-off was easy. .. after that it went downhill. Came in for my normal oil change and tire rotation on my QX-80 @ 10:30am. I checked the app every 20 minutes for a sta .. after that it went downhill. Came in for my normal oil change and tire rotation on my QX-80 @ 10:30am. I checked the app every 20 minutes for a status and by 3:00 the app still said it was "in service". Knowing the shop closes at 4:00, I showed up at 3:30 and was the last person there, with my vehicle being completed hours ago. Was advised it was due to "IT issues" which is why I was never notified of my completion. The KICKER to all of this is the fact my tech stated I needed a new engine air filter. I LITERALLY INSTALLED A NEW AIR FILTER EARLIER THAT MORNING!! How can I trust my dealership when something as simple as an engine air filter isn't even checked, or if it is, I'm literally being scammed into a new one? I told my advisor and he did think it was odd that a photo wasn't included on the request for a new air filter. High prices I can understand and overcome, great service and knowledge commands an elevated price. BUT TRUTHFULNESS AND HONESTY IS AN UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY!! This is my 2nd Infiniti that I have been taking to Sanford Infiniti. Every time I have service I think it can't get any worse, UNTIL THE NEXT TIME I GET More

Great experience getting a new car at Sanford INFINITI! !!! Khanh was very patient with me through this car buying experience. He saw that I had dropped my car off for mantinence on my lease and was near g !!! Khanh was very patient with me through this car buying experience. He saw that I had dropped my car off for mantinence on my lease and was near going over my mileage for my current lease. He reached out to me with a deal I could not refuse. He got me into a brand new lease which was a definite upgrade from my previous lease in terms of miles per year, lower down payment and price, with numerous upgrades to the car itself. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions, expediting the process so it took very little time for me to get my new car when i arrived back to the dealership. He had both cars ready for me to transfer my stuff from one car to the other. He was upfront, honest, and just a genuinely nice person who wanted to help me.
