In getting this new vehicle, I had to end another lease with another manufacturer, and both Mike and Colette Middlebrooks worked with me to facilitate my end of lease inspection and vehicle turn-in. I bought a '02 Infiniti I35 for $5800 from Sanford Infiniti, and there were 3 things that imp I was thoroughly impressed with Steven Graham's service. I bought a '02 Infiniti I35 for $5800 from Sanford Infiniti, and there were 3 things that impressed me. 1. Steven didn't allow the year, price or mileage of vehicle (94,000+ miles) to deter him from providing outstanding service. You would have thought that I purchased as $50,000 vehicle. 2. The car I purchased wasn't ready (it needed to go through safety and detailing), so Steven put me in a loaner for a night— a 2014 Q70 convertible coupe! It was sweet! It made me feel like a VIP customer. 3. To save me the inconvenience of having to come from Daytona (where I work), he delivered the '02 Infiniti to my house! Again, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Steven Graham and will recommend Sanford Infiniti.
