Our intention was to gather information about the 2016 QX-50 and Sanford Infiniti's leasing program. My wife had been interested in Infiniti's smaller SUV years ago, and she had that interest renewed with Infiniti's latest commercials advertising the 2016 QX-50. Coming from years of experience driving BMWs, we had a tremendous number of questions comparing the Infiniti to BMW and many other brands under consideration. Our questions ranged from variations in optional equipment to handling quality to maintenance and reliability to local service policies. Chris knew ALL the answers and gave us timely, personal opinions (with obvious disclaimers) that helped us get a real sense of what Infiniti brought to the table. His knowledge of the product line was immense! Our experience included a test drive of two models and a tour of the dealership facility. Chris was never pushy or stereotypical in his presentation. He gave us ANSWERS to our questions, all while assessing our desires and needs for a new vehicle. His clear presentation of the leasing programs gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions about how to proceed with an option that was new to a couple that had always purchased vehicles. We really enjoyed our experience with Chris and would recommend his service to anyone thinking of getting an Infiniti vehicle. More
