Recent Experience at Sanford Infiniti I recently was in the market for a QX80 and went to Sanford Infiniti and purchased one there. I have owned a few Infiniti's and generally use the one I recently was in the market for a QX80 and went to Sanford Infiniti and purchased one there. I have owned a few Infiniti's and generally use the one by the Millennia Mall but opted for Sanford this time because it is close to my new home. Christian did an excellent job showing me the new and used QX80's. He explained the difference in prices, upgrades and factory standard. He was extremely professional and patient. After the initial purchase he has followed up with everything he committed to and has gone above and beyond excellent customer service. More
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT GO This is by far the worst place I have been to look at cars. I had the the worst experience and will never be back and do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The sales agent, Danny, is the most unprofessional there is. He appears to try to scam and nickle and dime you for every penny. I found a car I wanted and wrote a check, signed some papers and was going to pick up the car the NEXT day - then I get a text the next day stating they messed up my payoff amount on my trade in and it would be an additional 4k. After I told him I had some concerns this is exactly what he texts me back: "srry my manager didn't see it. better now than later." and then "wow im surprised you didnt see it. oh well." Who says that?!?! Your manager and you did not do your job properly and I'm being faulted. Additionally, they told me my trade in was only worth 12k, but when I told them CarMax quoted me 13k they told me they would match that. The next day, they told me they couldn't budge and would only go up 12.5k. Then, when he told me about the additional 4k I needed for THEIR mistake, suddenly it goes up to 13k. This place is a scam. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Please all be warned. More
Sanford Infiniti + Robert Jorden + You = WIN, WIN and WIN Our Honda lease was expiring and my wife and I wanted to explore some of the available luxury autos on the market (Acura, Infiniti, Lexus, etc.) We w Our Honda lease was expiring and my wife and I wanted to explore some of the available luxury autos on the market (Acura, Infiniti, Lexus, etc.) We weren't pre-disposed to any particular make and/or model. We just wanted a great car, great reliability, great price, great ride, great dealership, great salesman, and something that will hold up its value. That's not asking for too much is it? We walked onto the Sanford Infiniti not knowing anything about the Infiniti (except that it's Nissan's luxury brand). Talk about stumbling into dumb blind luck! We met Robert Jordan and immediately sensed that we were talking to a really good salesperson. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the Infiniti line-up, knew the cars inside and out, was able to promptly answer all of our question, and those which he wasn't ~ he quickly got the answer. We fell in love with the Q70 and making the deal could not have been any easier. Sanford Infiniti gave us a price that we could not pass up, threw in some extras, and met our expectations for what a luxury car dealership can and should be. I've been driving our new Q70 for several weeks now and fall more in love with it each and every day. I've had occasion to stop by Sanford Infiniti for some follow-up items (non-warranty work) and to ask some "how to" questions. Robert always goes the extra mile to see that my wife and I are satisfied and that we leave the dealership completely satisfied. He makes himself available by visit, phone call and e-mail. Robert follows-up promptly and is far from the stereo-typical "pushy car salesperson". If you're looking for a new or used car, what have you got to lose? Drop by Sanford Infiniti and ask for Robert Jordan. You won't be disappointed and will probably find exactly what you're looking for! We did! And... we'll be back to purchase our next car from them. We went to the Sanford Infiniti dealer by accident not plan on a Saturday. We were greeted by a receptionist who summoned a sales rep - Colette Middlebrooks - to help us. She warmly welcomed us, answered our few questions and led us to a Q40 which had just the features and color combination I wanted. While we were looking around the showroom, Chris came over and introduced himself. We wondered who he was and later found out he is a member of the family who own the dealership. We test drove the car and it was everything we wanted/needed. We worked out a fair OOP cost and monthly lease amount. It was a pleasant, low-key, professional and stress-free shopping experience but we needed some time to think about the car since we did not know much about Infiniti. On the Sunday, eight days later, we returned to test drive the car again and decided that was the one we wanted. Damian, the Finance rep was also very pleasant and professional in filling out all of the paperwork with us. Colette, Chris and Damian were all a pleasure to work with. We returned four days later on a Thursday to pick up the car. Our only negative on the entire experience is that the car was not fully detailed and ready to drive off when we arrived on the pick-up day. The issues were resolved fairly quickly but we were surprised that there were any issues at that point. More

I was referred to Sanford Infiniti to see Steve Graham by a close friend and all I can say is look no further when looking to buy a vehicle. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating in the purchasing process. I spent no time whatsoever at the dealership and was never pressured into any decisions. Also, this dealership was immaculate! I had never been to an Infiniti before and my expectations were blown away. Definitely will return to Infiniti to see Steve again. More
