Firstly, I was buying the car from out of state (from NC) and it’s already hard enough trying to figure things out while not being able to see the car in person. Over the phone he answered every question I had and not in a sales pitchy way. I then had a family member go look at the car, but they got to the dealership later than expected. Nevertheless Khanh stayed there even after the dealership had closed and had the car up front ready! Couple of days later I flew in, Khanh picked us up from the airport drove us around for 2-3 hours (get the certified check from the bank, and so on), once we got to the dealership he made everything sooo easy. More

The customer service I received from Khanh was excellent. One of the best experiences I've ever had. The eventual process was smooth and delightful. But... I am happy to be back in a full size Infiniti, unfortunately not loving it. I realize there's nothing that be done but to make the best of it until it's paid off, but.... Here's the problem (s) 1. The 2 damaged places on the windshield he mentioned, is actually 5 places. My insurance will not cover it.. 2. The steering wheel covering is split open and starting to come off 3. In addition to the sideswipe on the front is a dent in the front fender and one in the rear fender. And a obvious patch job on the rear fender. 4. I didn't hear the brakes when I left because the windows were up but the screeching sound is very loud, so a brake job is overdue 5. The tire rotation alert popped up the second day. 6. The interior was dirty/dusty So out of pocket, I'm going to have to pay for a windshield, brakes, tire rotation, oil change, second key and detailing. Not the bargain I expected or have gotten from Infiniti. I turned down 3 offers for a larger amount for my vehicle and purchase of another QX80 with lower mileage. Yeah, I'm still struggling with the mileage. My trade in was a 2013 with less than 90000 miles, I got a 2018 with 140000 miles. No bueno. I don't know why I agreed to it. I turned in 2 keys with my vehicle, I shouldn't have to purchase an additional one for the new vehicle. But I do... I probably shouldn't have purchased at night so everything could have been inspected better. But after previous dealings with Infiniti, I never had an issue and certainly not to the magnitude of these issues. It looks more like I purchased the one they wanted to get rid of and definitely not the better deal. So basically that's my buyer's remorse. I'll take good care of it so I can do better next time.
